Environmental Policy

Sinemaster are committed to following good environmental practice in all of its operations.
We understand our responsibility to adhere to industry legislation and implement environmental practices which lead towards sustainability.
We are taking steps to ensure that we are thoughtful of environmental issues when conducting all parts of our business.
We carry out transport and distribution as efficiently as possible, we have implemented a waste management policy both for ourselves and our customers and we aim to support all our customers by providing VOC reports, H&S data sheets and recently have managed the move from solvent to water born paint systems.

We will specifically:

  • Strive to prevent the release of substances within all our processes that cause environmental harm to the air, water or land.
  • Provide our customers within the refinish industry with improved environmentally friendly products when available thus promoting sustainable development.
  • Provide services and training to encourage our employees and customers to conduct their activities in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Provide our customers with frequent manufacturer environmental information guidelines on all products that are sold by Sinemaster.
  • Impart and promote specific guidance to minimise waste through source reduction and recycling.
  • Conserve natural resources through careful planning and efficient use.
  • Provide to our customers on a month by month basis with specific information of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) content on products purchased by them for the purpose of monitoring emissions.
  • Assist our customers in the handling and disposal of wastes through safe, environmentally responsible methods.
  • Conserve energy by improving the efficiency of its use in our operations.
  • Conduct regular environmental assessments at our facilities and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Encourage our business partners and suppliers to strive for the same high levels of environmental performance.
  • Review the impact on the environment during corporate planning and decision making.
